A: We are accredited through the Pet Sitter Associates. We are also fully bonded and insured. See our individual qualifications HERE.
Q: What is Meet ‘n Greet?
A: A meet and greet is the initial meeting we schedule with you and your pet. It allows you to meet us and us to become familiar with you and your pet and to see if our service is right for you. It also allows the sitter to interact with your pet in your presence, which is important when deciding which service is right for you.
Q: Will Kerrville Pet Sitters train or discipline my pet?
A: No. We will administer positive reinforcement for pets in accordance with your training guidelines, but our primary goal is to ensure that your pet is safe and happy. We will notify you if there are any problems.
Q: What do I need to do if I decide to hire Kerrville Pet Sitters?
A: At the meet and greet, you will decide with your sitter what services you need. You will then need to provide us with house keys. The keys will be kept secure in our office until the time of your visit.
Q: How do I know when the sitter is at my home, and if my pet is safe?
A: KPS will leave a detailed note on his or her visit, along with the time of the visit. If you would rather have a call or text, just ask. We aim to provide you with a personalized pet-sitting service, designed to meet your every need!
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: Currently, we service Kerrville, Ingram, and Hunt. We plan on expanding into other areas soon!
